Today the C.O.D. is Cinnamon Toast, a favorite of mine when I was younger. Just the word cinnamon brings back memories of baking and that distinct aroma. We start with a butter cake batter, then add cinnamon and sugar. To top it off we use a cinnamon butter cream icing. Although the weather outside is frightful, cupcakes are so delightful.
