Today the C.O.D. is Cinnamon Toast, a favorite of mine when I was younger. Just the word cinnamon brings back memories of baking and that distinct aroma. We start with a butter cake batter, then add cinnamon and sugar. To top it off we use a cinnamon butter cream icing. Although the weather outside is frightful, cupcakes are so delightful. Today the C.O.D. is Birthday cake in celebration of Sheila Punches’ (?th) birthday. It’s not often you can remember where and how long ago you met your friends. Hello fellow voters. Today we honor the ability to think for ourselves. The C.O.D is PRIMARY COLORS We start with a white batter, then add strawberries and blurberries. To top it off and make it more flavorful, we spread a lemon curd under the vanilla butter cream icing. The strawberries and blueberries make this neither a red or blue cupcake, just one nation under C.O.D.
