Cookie Monster cupcake

This is the Dr. Jekyl / Mr. Hyde of cupcakes. There are two personalities rolled into one. It's a cupcake and a cookie! It's our vanilla cupcake with homemade cookie dough baked directly into the batter. Who would have thunk it? Well, WE did. We ice it, quite nicely, with brown sugar buttercream.
